Description

A delicious and creamy salmon fettuccine recipe perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Boil salted water and cook fettuccine or spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook salmon: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove from skillet.
  4. Make sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and juice; simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Combine: Flake salmon into bite-size pieces and add it along with Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta until well coated.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
