- 1 whole lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (if using), lemon zest, lemon juice, dried lavender, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth for a creamy consistency.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Freeze for about 3-4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, break or cut into pieces.
- Garnish with fresh lavender or lemon slices if desired.
