Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half the cheese on top. Add any optional fillings if desired.
  3. Top with a second tortilla and press down gently.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until crispy and the cheese is melted.
