Description

Delicious and healthy almond flour biscuits that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)
  • Your favorite spices (like cinnamon or garlic powder, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt if desired.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the melted butter and eggs until fully mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If using spices, fold them in now.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of the dough, and gently shape them into rounds. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the biscuits cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
