Description

This grilled swordfish steak recipe is marinated with garlic and lemon for a deliciously fresh flavor-perfect for summer meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) swordfish steaks
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 fresh lemons
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
