- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Grill the marinated swordfish for 4-5 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- Remove from grill, drizzle with additional lemon juice, and garnish with parsley before serving.
