Ingredients

- 8 plum tomatoes, small dice
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier salsa, add more jalapeno.
- Can be served with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
